Correspondingly, we have outlined this Privacy Policy based on the guidelines from the Online Privacy Alliance and the International Data Protection Legislation.

This Privacy Policy applies to Churchill Pryce and any of our affiliates which control and make use of visitor information collected via this Website.

Chapter 2 – Information Collection
As a visitor, you do not have to submit any personal information in order to use the Website. The Website collects only personally identifiable information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by visitors who may choose to provide this information for certain areas of the site, job application, or general enquiry.

Such information may consist of, but is not limited to, your name, current job title, company address, email address and telephone and fax numbers.

Visitors are also able to send email through the Website. Their messages will contain the user's screen name and email address, as well as any additional information the user may wish to include in the message. Because we use the Website as a recruiting tool, a visit to the Website may also result in the user sending a resume to an individual within Churchill Pryce.
We use small text files called “cookie” to facilitate improved navigation within the Website. The cookie expires after the visitor leaves the Website. Cookies are small text files stored in a user's browser. If you are concerned about cookies and do not wish to receive them, you may set your Internet browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. You can then decide to either accept or reject it.

To ensure that the Website is well managed, we may track information on our systems and identify categories of visitors by items such as domain and browser type. This information is reported to our webmasters who use the information to analyze the number of visitors to different areas of the site to make sure that our Web site is serving as a useful and effective information source.

Churchill Pryce attempts to avoid excessive collection of data. If a visitor believes the site has collected excessive information, we encourage the visitor to contact us at ibank@churchill-pryce.com to raise your concerns.

Chapter 3 – Use of Information
When a visitor provides this type of identifiable information to us, we use it solely for the purposes for which it was provided. Our policy is not to share personally identifiable information with third parties, unless required by law, or unless explicitly requested by a visitor.

We will ensure that our marketing activities comply with applicable law, and implement procedures to obtain necessary consents before sending you email containing information about Churchill Pryce service offerings. You may at any time request that we discontinue sending you such materials.

Chapter 4 – Information Disclosure to Third Parties
Although we may provide visitors’ information to service providers that handle information on our behalf, we will usually not share the information with third parties or other entities for secondary or unrelated purposes unless otherwise disclosed at the point of collection.

Churchill Pryce has a policy to only disclose information to third parties under the following circumstances:
• as required by law through subpoena, search warrant or other legal process
• when explicitly requested by a visitor
• when required to facilitate conferences or events hosted by a third party.
Personal information may be transmitted internationally to third parties for the purposes identified above. This may include transfer to countries without data protection rules similar to those in effect in your country of residence.
Churchill Pryce does not collect or compile personally identifying information for dissemination or sale to outside parties for consumer marketing purposes, or host mailings on behalf of third parties.
