Steps in Recruiting Exceptional People
Recruitment process at Churchill Pryce begins from our internal resume scanning process. After your resume passes our experience and educational background screen, you shall be invited to attend a preliminary interview with our senior consultants and to take a written examination. Then, if you possess qualifications we are looking for in the first round, you shall be invited to the final interview conducted by our executive directors.
Preliminary Interview
The preliminary interview is composed of 2 parts; case interview and personal discussion. For the case interview which is aimed to measure analytical and presentation skills, you shall be given 15 minutes to read and prepare answers to the given problems. Then, you will be asked to present your thoughts and opinions to our interviewers who are senior consultants.
For the second part of interview; personal discussion; Churchill Pryce will focus our concerns on three areas of: - knowledge and abilities
- interpersonal relationship and communication and
- achievements
It is important to see who you are and whether your professional and emotional characteristics and personal goals are matched with the type of our desired people. Written Examination
In this written examination, we will test your financial, accounting, language, and analytical skills. The examination shall be composed of translating problems, case studies in accounting and finance, and discussion concerning current economic or business issues.
Final Interview
This personal discussion with our executive directors is held to ensure that you really have a potential to make a great contribution to Churchill Pryce and become a successful leader in future.
